Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Engage in Bilateral Talks
On Wednesday, Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal held productive bilateral discussions. Delegations from both nations were present during this significant meeting.

The Qatar Emir’s visit to Nepal was initiated at the invitation of President Ram Chandra Paudel. The visit commenced with a courtesy call on President Paudel on Tuesday.
Earlier today, Emir Al Thani engaged in a one-on-one meeting with PM Dahal at the Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu. The discussions revolved around various topics of mutual interest, including the signing of a new labor agreement between Nepal and Qatar.
Qatar serves as a crucial destination for Nepali migrant workers, with approximately 370,000 Nepalis currently employed in the country.

Later this afternoon, Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to host a lunch for Emir Al Thani at Hotel Dwarika. This gathering provides an opportunity for further dialogue and aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Nepal and Qatar.
