Sher Bahadur Deuba, the president of the Nepali Congress and a former prime minister of Nepal, has congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India on the dedication of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

Deuba congratulated Modi, saying that the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Mandir is a source of pride for Sanatan Dharma adherents.
“Congratulations to Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji on the inauguration of Ayodhya Ram Mandir,” Deuba said on the social media platform X on Tuesday. All adherents of Sanatan Dharma take great pride in the holy Prana Pratishtha rite. Jai, Guru Ram!
This is the first formal reaction to the opening of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya from a political party in Nepal.

All Sanatan Dharma adherents are proud of the Honorable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji’s opening of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir and the completion of the holy Prana Pratishtha ritual today. Maryada Purushottam Sri Rama and Nepali-born Mata Sita were the embodiment of bravery, selflessness, fairness, and morality.
He went on, “Nepal and India represent the strong cultural and civilizational ties that exist between our two nations. May their goals and values inspire us to continue serving humanity!
