Dr. Martin Schulz, the Global President of Germany’s Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, extended a courtesy visit to President Ramchandra Paudel.
The meeting at Sheetal Niwas on Wednesday provided an opportunity for President Paudel to acknowledge the longstanding and amicable relations between Nepal and Germany since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1958.
President Paudel expressed his satisfaction with the significant contributions made by the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, particularly through its Kathmandu office, in politics, good governance, economy, and democracy.
He commended the foundation for its active engagement and impactful initiatives in these crucial sectors.
