The Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Mr. Chen Song, paid a visit to Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane in Nepal on Wednesday.
During their meeting, Minister Lamichhane emphasized the importance of enhanced cooperation in several areas, including trade and tourism.
Minister Lamichhane highlighted the need for stronger collaboration in these domains. Additionally, Nepal eagerly anticipates direct flights connecting Chinese cities to the international airports in Bhairahawa and Pokhara. Ambassador Song assured that maximum efforts were being made to achieve this goal.
Ambassador Song also expressed his commitment to strengthening law enforcement agencies and enhancing immigration offices, particularly at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
