The 15th meeting of the Joint Commission between Nepal and the European Union (EU) is scheduled to take place in Kathmandu today.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this meeting will address various aspects of bilateral relations between Nepal and the EU. The discussions will encompass cooperation in regional and multilateral matters of mutual interest.

Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal will lead the Nepali delegation, while Paola Pampaloni, Deputy Managing Director for Asia and the Pacific at the European External Action Service (EEAS) of the EU, will head the European delegation.
Earlier, on March 6, a meeting of the Sub-Commission on Development Cooperation between Nepal and the EU was held at the Ministry of Finance.
During this meeting, views were exchanged on the ongoing development cooperation between the two parties, and the future course of action for enhanced partnership and increased effectiveness in development cooperation was also discussed.
