President Ramchandra Paudel has made significant diplomatic appointments by nominating Nepal’s Ambassadors to Canada and Portugal.
According to Sailaja Regmi Bhattarai, the spokesperson for the Office of the President, Bharat Raj Paudel has been selected as Nepal’s Ambassador to Canada, while Sunil Nepal will represent Nepal as its Ambassador to Portugal.
These appointments, made by Article 282(1) of the constitution, were finalized on Friday upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, as announced by the president’s office in a press release.
