The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has briefed the Ministers in the government led by Prime Minister Balendra Shah on ‘Foreign Affairs and Diplomatic Code of Conduct’.
Amrit Bahadur Rai, MoFA secretary, made a presentation on the matter at a programme held Wednesday at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
According to Deepa Dahal, press expert to the PM, secretary Rai made the briefing about international situation, Nepal’s international relation, promotion of national interest and Nepal’s overall foreign policy.
During the discussion, secretary Rai shed light in detail on process and methods to be adopted while conducting foreign policy, its limitation and diplomatic dignity. He also discussed technical aspects of priorities of Nepal’s foreign policy, balance of relations and diplomatic code of conduct.
