President Ram Chandra Poudel and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier held talks in Berlin, Germany on Monday.
President Paudel arrived in Berlin on Saturday at the invitation of President Steinmeier.
On Monday, President Paudel received a guard of honor before his bilateral meeting with President Steinmeier, as reported by President’s Press Advisor Kiran Pokharel.
During his visit, President Paudel toured various historic sites, including the fallen Berlin Wall.
Accompanied by First Lady Sabita Poudel and other members of the delegation, he is on an official visit to Germany.
Before arriving in Berlin, President Paudel was a keynote speaker at the 112th International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the inaugural session of the Global Alliance for Social Justice.
