Minister for Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma emphasized that media should take an active role in shaping a global agenda to address Nepal’s climate change challenges.
Speaking at a program organized by the Sancharika Samuha on World Press Freedom Day, Minister Sharma highlighted the urgent need to tackle climate change, particularly in the Himalayan region.
Nepal, being highly vulnerable to these environmental shifts, requires collective efforts from both Nepali and global media to elevate this issue to a global level.
