The family of Bipin Joshi, a Nepali student held captive by Hamas militants in Israel, met with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.
They urgently requested further efforts to secure Bipin’s release. In response, PM Dahal expressed concern for Bipin’s well-being and assured the family that the government is actively working towards a positive resolution.
The situation remains tense following the October 7, 2023 attack in southern Israel where Bipin was taken captive.
